What data can I scan?
Any CSV or spreadsheet with operational data — inventory, shipping logs, cost records, orders, timelines. The more rows, the better the analysis.
How are financial loss estimates calculated?
FixRadar uses AI to estimate the dollar impact of each issue based on the affected rows, data values, and issue type. It factors in quantity, cost columns, and delay duration where present in your data.
What are automated weekly reports?
On the $99 plan, FixRadar automatically re-analyzes your business data each week and emails you a summary of what changed — which issues got worse, which improved, and what to prioritize.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account. You won't be charged again after cancellation, and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Uploaded files are processed in memory and used only to generate your analysis. We don't store raw CSV data after the scan completes.
